Description of role: Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant
Tasks:
Receive phone calls and visitors. Manage administrative and financial records; Type and enter weekly sermon for audio visual display; other duties as assigned
Requirements:2 years experience as administrative assistant. Previous experience working with a church is a plus.
Skills and certifications: General clerical skills; Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
Work schedule: Mon. - Fri 9am - 5pm (part time hours may be considered
Benefits:
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
